Express Lube Advisor

Join the Minnesota Motor Company team as a Quick Lube Advisor! 

A Quick Lane Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, assessing vehicle service needs, and recommending appropriate maintenance when customers come in for an oil change. They will also be responsible for controlling the work flow within the Quick Lane ensuring efficient service delivery and positive customer experiences. 

?Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a service advisor related position is preferred, but not required.
• Customer service: Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Teamwork: Must be able to work effectively in a team setting

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with rotating Saturdays. Pay is determined by experience and comes with benefits. Salary is $18-$20 per hour with the possibility of advancement.
