Project Manager - Workforce Navigator

Otter Tail County is accepting applications for a full-time Project Manager - Workforce Navigator.

The Workforce Navigator will develop and advance workforce development priorities in alignment with the strategic plans of the County and the Community Development Agency. A key priority of the position is the management of the Empowered Worker Program, which supports local individuals in overcoming barriers to obtain and sustain employment. The position performs project management duties including program development, program implementation and monitoring, research, community outreach and engagement, marketing, and grant writing/management.

Please note:  This position is a three year limited term duration position.
