Social Worker - LADC

Otter Tail County is accepting applications for a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC) Social Worker position.

This position will serve to expedite access to substance use disorder treatment for individuals served by both the Otter Tail County Human Services Department and the Otter Tail County Probation Department. The individual selected for the position will complete Comprehensive Use Assessments in community and correctional settings and work collaboratively with probation agents, treatment coordinators, and other professionals in the process of timely referral for individuals to recommended treatment settings. Additional assignments will include leading monthly consultation with treatment coordination staff to provide support and guidance related to substance use disorder treatment components of support to people served. The position will require the ability to establish collaborative relationships across multiple departments and the willingness to implement agency goals, policies, and procedures to provide optimal services to people served.
