Ignite Community Leadership Class of 2025 Celebrates Graduation

On May 21, the Fergus Falls Area Chamber of Commerce proudly celebrated the graduation of the Ignite Community Leadership Class of 2025—a dynamic group of emerging leaders dedicated to making a difference in our community.

Over the past five months, these professionals immersed themselves in a journey of growth, connection, and service. From behind-the-scenes tours to hands-on learning and in-depth discussions on community issues, the class explored what makes Fergus Falls thrive—and how they can help lead it forward.

The graduation ceremony highlighted not only their accomplishments but also their passion for progress. Each graduate brings a fresh perspective, strong connections, and a renewed commitment to Fergus Falls’ future.

As they head into new chapters—professionally and personally—we applaud the Ignite Class of 2025 for stepping up, leaning in, and sparking leadership that lasts.

The future is bright, and it’s local.
