I didn’t come from corporate.

I came from the garage.

MinnDak started with a small desk, a laptop, and pure survival mode. I was a tech, not a CEO. But as the business grew; and I had to grow with it.

I became the CXO my team needed me to be. Learned on the job. Wore every hat. Felt the weight of every decision. It was messy, hard, and worth every late night.

Along the way, I brought in Fractional leaders who gave me breathing room, challenged my thinking, and helped me scale. That experience was transformational.
