Organization 4 Full Participation Receives Grant

Organization 4 Full Participation recently was awarded a Grant that will help with development and growth within rural Minnesota.
Victoria McWane-Creek the owner of Organization 4 Full Participation received the Grant from The Black Collective Foundation of Minnesota, a fantastic organization which was the first Black led organization of their kind in Minnesota. Their mission statement is very inspiring, they state that their goal is to “Build Black philanthropic power to strengthen the ecosystem of Black-led social, political, and economic change in Minnesota and beyond.”
The operational grant that Organization 4 Full Participation received was a welcome surprise, for as Victoria McWane-Creek stated “Most funding tends to go to the Metro area and nonprofits.” What makes Organization 4 Full Participation special and what sets it apart from a lot of other organizations or its kind is that a majority of what they do is in rural Minnesota. This grant will allow Victoria McWane-Creek the ability to focus on the best ways she can help businesses grow and thrive.
The reward that came along with the Grant is a stipend for personal development. Which for Victoria McWane-Creek comes at an opportune moment, as with every business Organization 4 Full Participation also wants to evolve and improve in order to provide the greatest service for her clients.
