Administrative Specialist

Otter Tail County is accepting applications for a full-time Administrative Specialist in the Recorder's Department.  The purpose of this position is to provide services to the public regarding land transfers, delinquent tax records, administration of property tax rolls, special taxing district establishment, processing and issuing all applicable licenses, and all other administrative functions of the office.
