Human Resources Professional

Otter Tail County is accepting application for a full-time Human Resources Professional to work in the Administration Department.  

Responsible for administration of the human resources and benefit plan functions for Otter Tail County under the direction of the County Administrator/Human Resources Director and Assistant Human Resources Director, within the policy guidelines established by the County Board of Commissioners.  Performs various complex administrative work in analyzing and administering the various components of the human resource system and benefit plans.
