Human Services/Child Support Services Supervisor

Otter Tail County is accepting applications for a full-time Human Services/Child Support Services Supervisor.

The Human Services/Child Support Services Supervisor provides leadership, coordinates and supervises the activities of the Child Support Program to ensure that the families in Otter Tail County receive their court ordered Child Support, medical support and childcare support; trains and evaluates staff performance; develops and analyzes unit policies and procedures to promote operating efficiency; organizes the compilation of data required for federal and state reports; and performs related work as assigned.
