City Council Approves ''No Mow May''
At the April 15 City Council meeting, “No Mow May” was approved. This allows residents to refrain from mowing their lawns during the month of May. The purpose is to allow grass to grow freely, providing habitat for pollinators, insects and birds. As grass, dandelions and clover grow, they can offer an early food source for emerging insects. Meet Chamber Board Member: Coreen Schoep
Coreen Schoep became a board member of the Fergus Falls Chamber in October 2023. She is a licensed mental health therapist who has worked for Solutions Behavioral Healthcare for over 15 years. She is currently the Alexandria site Clinic Manager and supervisor for Solution’s Autism Developmental Clinic. Coreen is also the Behavioral Health/Human Services Program Advisor and Intern Supervisor for Alexandria Technical College.
